职位描述
1、 积极开展市场调研掌握市场信息，了解工程材料采购价格信息；
2、 定期进行工程装饰材料的供应商开发、维护、考察、评估工作；
3、 在保障工程材料质量前提下降低采购成本，做到采购及时、直达供应，减少周转环节， 降低材料成本；
5、 对采购的工程材料进行进场质量验收，检查是否附有相应的质保书或技术指标测试报告并保存资料；
6、 做好资源台帐及耗用台帐，按材料类别与财务科目口径统一建立台帐，做好材料进出的登记工作，并及时上报有关报表。
7、公司采购相关的事务性工作及公司领导安排的工作；
任职资格：
1、 室内装饰等相关专业，中专以上学历；
2、3年及以上建筑材料的采购经验；
3、能适应出差；
4. 英语熟练者优先。
