KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Office Administration: taking care of employees’ onboarding, leaves, attendance, expenses and office maintenance

-Intern Management: interviewing, onboarding and supervision, performance reviews

-Business Development: outreach and fielding inquiries via WeChat, email, and calls in English

-Company Marketing: identifying relevant platforms for posting articles, SEO/SEM



KEY REQUIREMENTS

-1 year minimum of relevant experience in assistant, admin and/or BD roles

-Proven ability to manage deadlines and understand requirements effectively

-Pro-active with ability to identify challenges ahead and provide relevant solutions

-Detailed & service-oriented, outgoing, upbeat and optimistic attitude

-Fluent Mandarin with excellent English writing skills for business communications
