Description

Customer requirement management

1. Collect, response and clarify customer quality requirements including but not limited qualification reports, samples, data and negotiation of qualification requirements,

2. Review customer specification, consolidate internal and Manufacturing site response and communicate the review results to customer

3. Be responsible for ECN/PCN requirements, managing customer notification, and for qualification and closure of ECN/PCN issues

Customer complaint, failure analysis and RMA handling

1. Optimize customer complaint, FA and RMA process

2. Work with internal team to investigate the issue, analyze root cause and take corrective actions

3. Lead/Review and submit 8D report to customer

4. Work with the cross functional team to do failure analysis and generate the FA report

5. Support RMA logistics, Replacement or Credit process

Product quality improvement

1. Supervise product performance and find opportunities for improvement

2. Contact with customer to get quality feedback

Customer audit

1. Be responsible for customer audit and corrective action follow up

2. Proactive audit on production line and drive improvements

 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree and above with major in engineering, Electrical and Communication Engineering will be preferred.

2. More than 5 years’ experience in quality management, FAE or Engineering; familiar with IC , cable and optical part failure analysis and troubleshooting is preferred

3. Familiar with ISO9001 and Green Product

4. Familiar with application of quality tools

5. Be accountable and initiative, and be good at English speaking and writing.
