• Technical support on  computing related products.

• Conduct product presentation and training to customers

• Serve as technical interface to customers; analyze the customer's issues, diagnose technically and solve regular application issues.

• Deliver and communicate with Application Engineer and Marketing about customers' issues and information in order to solve the issues quickly.

• Provide the information including but not limited to market trends, competence analysis, and new product definition to Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Power related industry; experience on FAE will be a plus.

• Familiar with Intel / AMD CPU core power design, debug and test.

• Experience on project management, following/ tracking etc.

• Strong technical knowledge of power electronics.

• Ability of initiating and problem solving.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Adaptability- ability to meet changed condition.

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team spirit.

Requirements:

• Strong CPU core power design experience and knowledge is highly preferred.

• Good English (both written and spoken).

Education:

• BS or MS majored in Electronic Engineering or related
