职位描述
Looking for Project Management Officer for 12 months contract in Guangzhou.
Principal responsibilities
· Accountable for establishing, maintaining and improving portfolio control globally in Wealth and Personal Banking IT. Provide leadership, standardisation and direction for Project Managers, Business Analyst, Agile coaches, Scrum Masters that work within the portfolio
· Work with Senior Portfolio Manager, to ensure the Chief Information Office has the right Project and Portfolio Management capability within the team
· Provide oversight at portfolio level on project and programme execution status, progress against plan, scope, financial forecasting vs actuals, prioritisation and escalations, and interlocks and key dependencies across the wider Wealth and Personal Banking IT change portfolio.
· Align process, tooling and methodology to standards as driven out by Global Project and Portfolio Management Practices.
· Coordinate reporting requirements for, ranging from project team to Group Chief Operating Officer for relevant portfolios
· Exhibit leadership and best practice when the necessity to own projects arises
· Instill best practice culture whilst supporting Project Managers with documentation, guidance, decision making and advice.
Requirements
· Graduate or postgraduate degree in Science, Business Administration, Social Sciences in psychology, economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
· Excellent experience in Project or Programme Management. Proven and demonstrable knowledge of best practice within changes, tooling and process
· With strong numeric sense and attention to details. Finance knowledge will be an advantage
· Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building and motivating high performance teams
· Strong interpersonal, influencing, persuading and communication skills. Excellent team player, able to lead others into action, and with ability to work under minimal supervision
· Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
· Ability to find ways of solving or preempting problems
· Knowledge of the Wealth business lines, programmes and external environments would be an advantage
