Responsibilities:

As Service Project Management, he/she will be responsible for all issues related with execution of service projects, and ensuring service projects achieve the specified targets regarding timing, costs and quality. The main responsibilities and tasks include following:

-Keeps in touch with service sales team and service project engineers regarding the open/critical issues during inquiry and quotation phase, which will be useful for the execution of the projects.

-Coordinates/manages all project areas related: Scope, timeline, budget/cost, quality, manpower, communications, risk, etc.

-Internally, this position is the interface for communication of cross-function team, he/she will push service projects going ahead by working together with service sales, back-office, designing, procurement, assembling, commissioning and affiliated parties. He/she will monitor the status of ongoing projects; manage/coordinate the work of the project teams by using process of project management milestones.

-Externally, this position is the interface for the projects between company, customer and suppliers. He/she will Organize/attend project meeting externally with customers for delivery time, time schedule, supply, action plan, plus/minus and other open issues for service projects.

-Cost control. With regular costs control during project period, this position reports the currently incurred costs, forecasts the costs in the future and ensures the total project costs are below the budget and achieve the target.

-Risk control. This position identifies risks and makes analysis accordingly. He/she will plan, implement risk response, and monitor the status of the risks, escalate risks as needed to his/her leader with proposal for solution.

-Reporting. This position organizes project review meeting for complete finished projects to review the project cost reports, results, achievements, drawings lessons and possible improvements for future.

-Managing project management team, keep all projects procedure smoothly.

-Other tasks assigned by project management leader.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering.

-8+ years’ working experience in engineering field and 3+ years’ project management experience are needed. Preferred in automotive equipment industry or related. Working experience in multinational company will be a plus.

-Good communication and coordinating skills in cross-function team are needed.

-Good English skills in written and speaking are must.

-Proficient computer skills about Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoints, Project.

-30% - 50% travelling.
