工作內容如下  :

  

1. 根据业务FCST及订单，结合材料及产能状况制定当月及下两个月的生产计划及物料需求计划

2. 结合料况及业务需求讯息，依急缓程度通知SPC生产优先顺序及机种版本，并根据产线端的实际回复状况，及时做出应对措施，确保出货顺利

3. 任何影响出货的异常，需及时了解及跟进协调。追踪处理进度以确保能100%达交，必要时須告知业务处理狀況并提供分批交貨建議時間表

4. 专案产品产能评估，如不足，及时要求相关部门增加设备/人力配置，达到所需产能

5. 针对不良品，提出维修优先顺序，定期检查成品库存，对于过期品根据订单能见度安排重新测试并安排出货

6. 客户需求大幅增量/降量，及时更新生产需求及材料需求给SPC/MC调整生产计划和进料计划

7. 针对交货风险及时预警，组织相关部门协调应急措施

8. 协助安排PM新产品及材料/产测验证产品的试产

9. 收到业务或PM的EOL通知，整合目前成品库存、WIP、原材料库存（套数），提供给业务可接单数据，并协助处理专用料库存

                  

任职要求：

1.会Oracle系統。

2.具备生管/物控观念尤佳。

3.大专及以上学历。
