Responsibilities

1. Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
2. Creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
3. Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
4. Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
5. Manages booth preparation for any participating exhibitions; oversee and approve the booth location, expense, design and corresponding schedules
6. Communicates with various media buyers, energy consulting firm (e.g. Bloomberg New Energy Finance, PV insights, PV infolink, etc), advertising agencies, printers, etc

1. Decent communication skills in English: writing, reading and speaking
2. Demonstrable experience in marketing
3. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
4. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
5. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement (e.g., Instagram)
6. BSc/MSc degree in marketing or related field
7. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (Korean speaking/writing ability is a plus)
