职位描述

   

Key role responsibilities

    

  • Create demand for ERICO products in Commercial, Industrial, Telecom and Utility market segment through pro-active promotion with end-users such as with construction companies, design companies, specifying engineers, Utility and telecommunications carriers etc.

  • Visit the design institute and engineering consulting company regularly, specify ERICO products on design drawings and specifications.

  • Collect opportunities information and track these opportunities in territory, fill project tracking record in time.

  • Establish customer information files and maintain communication with customers;

  • provide targeted solutions for customers under the support of technology team,

  • Recommends, establishes and manages distributors/sales agents.

  • Provides first-line product applications support including liaison with ERICO product management and applications engineering staff.

  • Develops and executes Sales Plans consistent with market strategy for increasing demand.

                    

Qualifications and experience

    

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above Electrical Engineering, communication engineering, Mechanical automation and other related majors

  • At least 3 years sales background in oil & chemical, power, wind energy, telecom, airport and other related industries,

  • Good relationship with related design Institutes, consult companies, end users or panel factories.

  • Experience in 5G market is preferred.

  • Experience in tracking engineering project independently, familiar in how to win a project.

  • Experience in selling communication equipment, low-voltage distribution products, lightning protection product or SPD is preferred;
