岗位职责：

1、独立完成概念设计方案；

2、做好项目的设计任务调派，监督指导设计人员的日常工作，对各项业务的设计进行审查；

3、对部门的设计方案、效果图、施工图等全部设计工作的质量把关，以及材料选用、配套方案等后续工作的监督；

4、参与所有项目概念、方案、施工图等阶段的内部评审，从技术层面把关设计质量；

5、负责与重要客户汇报，精准地向客户阐述出设计理念，并让客户信服。

岗位要求:

1、建筑院校、美院建筑专业或室内设计本科以上毕业优先；

2、具备8年以上工作经验；其中2年以上设计总监工作经验，有私宅别墅经验优先；

3、带领团队独立完成项目能力，较强的设计汇报能力；

4、有较高的方案设计创作理念，对设计有独特的简介和追求，能根据客户的不同要求对空间开展针对性的构思设计及细节雕琢。

5、优秀的专业能力，优秀的设计审美品味，优秀的前瞻性及创新思维，对设计品质要求严苛，具备国际视野。

6、熟练运用AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP等相关软件及相关辅助设计软件；

7、具有优秀的组织、管理、协调能力，责任心强，具有团队协作精神；

8、敬业、组织协调能力强、有良好的创新意识和把控能力，能领导团队开展工作。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently completed the conceptual design scheme;

2. Assigned the design tasks of the project, supervised and guided the daily work of the designers, and reviewed the design of various businesses;

3. Check the quality of all the design work of the department, such as design scheme, effect drawing and construction drawing, and supervise the subsequent work, such as the selection of materials and supporting schemes;

4. Participate in the internal review of all project concepts, schemes, construction drawings and other stages, and check the design quality from the technical level;

5. Responsible for reporting to key customers, elaborating the design concept to customers accurately and convincing them.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or interior design from architecture college or Art College is preferred;

2. More than 8 years of work experience; At least 2 years working experience as design director, preferably with private residence or villa experience;

3. Led the team to complete the project independently, with strong design reporting ability;

4. Have a high concept of scheme design and creation, have a unique introduction and pursuit of design, according to the different requirements of customers to carry out targeted concept design and detail carving.

5. Excellent professional ability, excellent design aesthetic taste, excellent forward-looking and innovative thinking, strict requirements on design quality, with an international vision.

6. Proficient in AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP and other related software as well as related auxiliary design software;

7. Excellent ability of organization, management and coordination, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;

8. Dedicated, strong organization and coordination ability, good sense of innovation and control ability, able to lead the team to carry out work.

设计团队
