1. Perform various quality test (incoming, in-process & outgoing) according to SOP, analysis the results and generate report after testing. Maintain files of all test data.

   根据程序文件进行进料，生产过程和出货的产品测试工作，对测试结果进行判定并形成检验报告。维护保存所有测试数据。

2. Prepare outgoing inspection record and COA (certificate of analysis).

   形成产品出厂检验报告和COA文件。

3. Follow up the 5S principle post at lab, the quality & ESH system in the laboratory well implemented.

   按公司5S 和安全管理的要求，做好实验室5S及安全管理的实现。

4. Assist SHEQ Manager to improve product quality for the manufacturing process

   协助部门经理持续改善生产过程中的质量控制，提高产品质量。

5. Other tasks assigned by superior.

   部门经理安排的其它工作。

要求Requirement：

Possess at least a senior high school,   in mechanical subjects, material science, or equivalent experience and/or degree and/or background are preferred.

高中及以上学历，有机械类、材料类相关工作经验。

1+ year experiences of inspector preferred.

1年以上检验员经历更佳。

Experiences in plastic or mechanical industry, plastic drum manufacturing experiences are preferred

塑料或是金属加工行业，塑料生产经验优先。

Proven ability to work under minimal supervision.

工作自动自发。

Problems-solving and troubleshooting abilities

具备一定的问题协调及解决能力。

Good skills on MS-Office, E-mail etc.

熟练使用常用的办公软件。

Forklift is preferred
