Main activities:

• Propose a strategy to achieve growth and profitability objectives on china cosmetic packaging market and translate this strategy into an action plan;

• Aggressively develop business with cosmetics packaging prospects customers and build an action plan to approach them;

• Build and maintain appropriate level of relationship with existing customers and prospects;

• Lead negotiations and then liaise with internal services (Commercial support, plant, customer service, development…);

• Report on regular basis key information and data through Albea tools such as Zephyr/ Analyze on a monthly basis results in ADS and monitor achievement of objectives accordingly;                                     

• Manage crisis situations with the customer, ensure an appropriate communication is in place, and ensure an action plan is in place.

              

Qualification

Education: 

• Bachelor Degree and above. Engineering or Science subject is preferred. Packaging or Packaging machinery subject is a plus.

Experience:

• 2+ years’ sales experience in a manufacturing environment with multiple customers and multiple supplying plants. Familiar with cosmetics packaging market and production process is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills Required:      

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, has good sense to be a hunter for sales;

• Ability to create effective collaboration across functions, good internal & external engagement attitude and skills;

• Personal effectiveness and project coordination, drive for results by developing teamwork and cooperation.
