1. Manage distribution of news on Huili Social media (Wechat, Weibo, Mailchimp, and other new media accounts.)
2. Social media operation of the Huili digital accounts
3. Measure and report performance of all social media marketing campaigns, and assess against targets and goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Conceptualise new and creative online marketing campaigns
5. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
6. Manage and review the school’s adwords campaign for Baidu. Create of adwords campaign report completed on a quarter basis for circulation
7. Keep all the awarded online school listing up-to-date
8. New trends exploration to facilitate the Huili digital marketing an up-to-date digital portfolio
9. Oversee Huili Nursery and Huili school’s communication digital platforms: email, mailchimp

Website

1. Develop the Huili websites and its functionalities to ensure website is engaging, increase interactivity and optimise user journey
2. Ensure website is up-to-date and topical
3. Manage SEO project for Huili School and Huili Nursery websites
4. Track the website performance on a monthly basis

News and Media

1. Oversee online and print ads and track the Huili Nursery and Huili School news
2. Observe national and local trends with an eye to link responsive and topical news by leveraging the Huili content
3. Translate and distribute of all press releases in Chinese, with an emphasis on Huili’s stories
4. Develop social listening to minimize the possible negative influence and find hot topic to follow on a weekly basis

Research

1. Assist line manager to conduct a detailed annual market research of local area
2. Research and analyse competitors’ activity, collect of competitors’ collateral and publicity on a monthly basis.
