Responsibilities:
1、 Draft and review independently various commercial contracts in Chinese or English and legal documents and give revise or opinion;
2、 Assist and legal support in AIC registration and other company law issues;
3、 Support to litigation and dispute management with legal affairs;
4、 Legal support to purchase department in contract performance, amendment and agreement of settlement with supplier;
5、 Assist Group legal department in company law issue;
6、 Responsible for communication and cooperation with external lawyers, legal counsel;
7、 Responsible for complete other work assigned by superior.

Requirements:
1、 8~10 years related legal or attorney working experiences;
2、 Bachelor degree or above, majored in law;
3、 Average communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues;
4、 Fluent English in both speaking and writing;
5、 Familiar with Microsoft Offices software;
6、 Able to withstand strong pressure of work;
7、 Careful, serious ,rigorous and team spirits.
