To assist Head of Risk Management conduct the Branch level’s risk management following with the expansion of the business size and business scope, especially for the market risk management after the derivative product implementation.

To assist Head of Risk Management conduct regular/ad-hoc risk management for all

material risk types.

- Monitor risk exposure (market /liquidity/operational risk) on a regular/ad-hoc basis and escalate the limit breach.

- Carry out daily market risk analysis based upon the Treasury’s activities.

- Cooperate with Business Unit on new product development or implementation.

- Update the Risk Management Policy and Procedures

- Assist Head of Risk Management to prepare risk management report for material risk types per internal and external requirements;

- Assist Head of Risk Management ensure the effectiveness of all material risk types’ risk management implementation at Branch level, provide relevant training to Business Units if needed.

- Assist Head of Risk Management to work closely with Group Risk teams to ensure adequate risk management oversight and data integrity of the Branch.

 - Work within cross-function team when appropriate and necessary.

Technical/Functional skills

 - A minimum of 3-year work experience in banking industry risk management position.

- University degree in risk management, financial mathematics, statistics or related fields;

 - Familiar with Market Risk Management for Treasury products.

- Good understand on local risk management environment.

Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership])

- Hard working, responsible, able to work independently and with strong analytical skill.

- Good at communication and cooperation

 - Fluent in both English and Mandarin (read, write and speak).
