You will gain be part of a growing, international business and directly influence its development and growth by participating in the daily office operations of Window to China.

You will encounter all levels of customer and management on a daily basis. This role is part of a small but successful company that continues to grow.

You will:

• Maintain a good image of the front desk area of the office.
• Receive and welcome office visitors and provide appropriate direction.
  - Receive, direct and relay phone inquiries, email enquiries and telephone messages.
• Provide ordering service and distribution service of office supplies and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
• Ensure office amenities are clean and organised by management of AYI.
• Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
• Provide local hotel booking assistance for international visitors.
• Coordinate all courier deliveries and parcels and ensure all documentation is accurate.
• Coordinate shipping international shipping of products under direction of Business Development Manager.
• Provide other assistant support to office management as required.

You have/are:

• College degree or above.
• Preferably you have at least 1 year experience in reception service or administration.
• Good command of computer skills, including Excel, Word, etc.
• Good levels in English (both spoken and written).
• Interested to be part of a small and growing company.
• Must be a people person, good at communication and service oriented.
• You are detailed oriented, patient and have good organization skills.
• You are able to flexible and make quick & correct decisions when situation needs.
