Job Description:

职责要求：

1, Working with account manager and vendors to make sure the product quality is CORRECT BEFORE to mass production

与公司业务以及工厂合作，确定批量生产前做严格的产品样品测试检验

2, Carry out on-site final inspections of furniture orders to ensure the products meets the requirements. For critical orders, need to responsible to solve quality problem and to improve the quality.

负责家具大货的出货前验货工作，确保货物满足质量要求。遇到问题需要负责解决质量问题并改善货物品质。

3, Carry out in-line inspection and monitor production status to ensure shipment on time.

负责线上产中检验，跟踪生产进度从而保证准时出货。发现问题需及时解决。

4, Carry out factory audit for new factory to meet company standard.

按照公司要求，执行新工厂的审核考评

5，Carry out sample check for new items and ensure samples can meet drop test.

负责新产品开发和检查，保证样品能通过摔箱测试

6, To travel to various manufactures around China to ensure that our Quality Standards are being met。

出差去各地的工厂验厂验货，或指导有关质检员安排有关货物检验。

7，Other task by request.

Skills:

能力要求：

1, +5 years working experience on Quality management/Quality Control (furniture, outdoor productions and metals)

5年以上质量管理/质量控制工作经验（家具、户外用品、金属）

2, Experience working with manufactures in mainland China

有丰富的和国内工厂沟通合作的经验

3, Familiar with furniture production process

熟悉家具生产工序和流程

4. Have experience on factory technical audit or assessment

熟悉质量验厂操作流程

5, Good at report compiling

擅长各种质量报告的撰写编辑

6, Good English in wring and speaking

良好的英语听说读写能力
