职位描述
Purpose of the role:
- As a core part of the Brookfield Properties HR team in China, HR Shared Service Manager role will ensure consistent, accurate, timely and value-add delivery of responsibilities across on-boarding/offboarding, payroll, reporting & HRIS, and make sure services deliver optimally meeting all policy and compliance requirements.
Responsible for:
- Closely work with HR Director and BPs to prepare HR annual budgeting in align with annual HR strategy and plan to desired business results.
- Prepare and accountable for all sorts of HR budgeting and reporting.
- Manage and develop an integrated approach to service delivery and collaboration with the HR Process, Systems & Improvements.
- Hands on and fully responsible for varies HR routine responsibilities across on-boarding/offboarding, payroll, reporting & HRIS.
- Provide HR Shared Services according to agreed KPI’s and other measures agreed.
- Understand business needs and collaborate regularly with HRBPs and Business Managers to clearly manage business expectations of HR Shared Services in a proactive and positive manner.
- Drive process standardisation and improvement in China, and leverage the support from global HR Shared Services team. Work with the HRIS vendor to ensure technology is optimised to best meet HR Shared Services and business requirements. Take lead on process improvement plans for the resolution of services related risks and issues.
- Support HR Director on standardizing HR policies and process, collaborate with HR COE teams on specific process that regards, and act as HR quality manager to ensure the defined process are implemented and meet compliance requirement. Work with HR Director in other signed projects which may related to standardize and streamline HR process such as but not limited to HR templates, annual compensation mapping, HR statistics, HR operations manuals etc.
Qualifications/ Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business or related discipline. At least of 3 years of experience in operational HR roles, including off-shored service delivery. Excellent understanding and experience of working with HRSSC systems preferred.
