Responsibilities：
? Take charge of PPAP activities during new project implementation through an active participation.
? Work closely with Rexnord headquarter and plants, to make sure suppliers are fully understand Rexnord procedure, process and requirements.
? Monthly monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance, including PPM, OTD, FPY and others.
? Perform supplier system and process audit for exist and new suppliers. And follow corrective actions, if need.
? Monitor supplier audit scores, re-audit and improve it as needed to assure consistent application of quality processes relative to Rexnord products.
? Build and effectively maintain quality-to-quality relationship with assigned suppliers.
? Work closely with Category Managers and Logistics to solve any quality and delivery issues.
? Support the process of ECN between Rexnord plants and regional suppliers.
? Provide support of supplier continuous improvement.
? Other duties assigned by Supplier Quality Manager.

Requirements：
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related.
? Over 5 years’ experience in supplier quality management. Working experience at global sourcing department is a plus.
? Good understanding of mechanical manufacturing process for Casting and Forging.Bearing experience is a plus.
? Experience of project management.
? Internal auditor of quality system, ISO9001, IATF16949.
? Familiar with PPAP, SPC, MSA, CP, FMEA.
? Good skill and attitude in problem solving, be familiar with 8D, fishbone, 5Why and other quality tools.
? Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, spoken and written.
? Familiar with MS Office.
? Must be able to travel, mainly domestically.
