1.根据服务请求完成关于桌面设备（台式机、笔记本、打印机）、操作系统、应用软件、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络、办公设备等方面的安装、管理、维护；

2.解决排除各种硬件或系统故障，保证系统顺利运行；

3.负责解答用户对IT相关问题的咨询和求助，如系统、软件的操作流程、使用技巧咨询等；

4.定期巡检IT设备，定期升级系统，保证设备正常运行；

5.各类维护相关的SOP制作，IT资产的信息登记与更新；

6.主管安排的其它工作。

任职要求：

1.进行Windows XP/7 Pro安装、配置、基本功能，及常见问题故障诊断；

2.桌面PC硬件组成、硬件原理、部件识别及故障诊断思路，独立进行台式、笔记本故障排查；

3.常用办公软件Office Word、 Excel、Powerpoint等的基本功能及使用，能够安装、使用；

4.主流办公邮件系统Mail、Outlook等的客户端安装、配置及功能使用，能进行故障排查；

5.了解网络基础，常用网络设备，能够根据指导文档完成用户的网络配置。
