主要工作职责:

1. Translation and Interpretation of academic related events and paper work;

 2. Managing daily schedule of Director of Academic Affairs;

 3. Assisting in Schedule Building in PowerSchool System;

 4. Assisting the curriculum affairs:  Open House, PTS conference, Parent Information Session, etc.;

 5. Assisting in internal communications and coordination in academic affairs;

 6. Supporting the Front Desk to manage students’ application for absence and further catch-up information;

 7. Issuing and collection of the teaching and learning related documents, forms, textbooks, etc;

 8. Coordinating assessment related work: External assessment coordination, Term End Assessment, and Government Assessment, etc.;

 9. Liaising with Power school tech support to manage daily operation;

10. Teacher attendance and coverage coordination;

11. Supporting teacher professional training preparation;

12. Preparing transcript and supporting SLO in preparing recommendation letters;

13. Supporting headmaster’s office and other teams when needed;

14. Liaising with SAO and supporting students’ admission assessment preparation;

15. Other work assigned by Middle School Principal and Director of Academic Affairs;

职位要求:

- Bachelor’s degree or above

- Fluent bilingual is preferred；

- 5+ years of working experience；

- Working experience in educational industry is preferred；

- Excellent team player and communicator；

- Independent working and detail oriented

- Service minded；

上海民办包玉刚实验学校（以下简称包校）是一所开创性而具有国际视野的中国学校。学校成立于2007年，是一所非营利的双语学校，由包氏家族为纪念爱国爱乡的企业家、政治家、慈善家，已故船王包玉刚爵士而创建。目前有1200多名中外籍学生。学校提供小学一年级至高中十二年制的学历教育，融合了中国及国际先进的课程元素。中小学阶段采用上海课程，高中阶段采用剑桥IGCSE、国际IBDP课程，以及中国文化课程。
