Job description:

1. Responsible for the job postings, assist in staff recruitment by CV review and collection, candidate background check, interview arrangement, admin and management staff joining formality.

2. Maintain and management the contract records including extension, termination and other changes.

3. Provide HR administration support in medical checkup, insurances and visa arrangement

4. Admin and management HR database and talent pool ensure the accuracy of the records and timely updates

5. Support on the staff performance evaluation and staff training

6. Support on Admin related tasks.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor degree

Work Experience:

1. 3-5 years in a relevant position within a well-established organization

2. Recruitment experience is preferred

3. Experience with shipping industry is preferred

Job-Specific Skills:

1. Good communication skills

2. Good spoken and written English

3. Good knowledge of Office software
