岗位职责:
- 拓展BCA Research与Ned Davis Research在上海/江苏/浙江区域的业务规模与客户关系;
- 协助大中华区销售总监完成新业务开展流程, 具体包括业务机会的获取与执行(客户关系经营/陌生电话拜访/组织营销活动);
- 协助BCA中国既有客户关系的管理 (主要岗位职责还是在新业务开展)。
任职要求:
- 具有券商研究所机构业务销售背景与既有客户关系
- 具有使用营销咨询技巧, 以开展/影响/获取中国华东区域(主要是上海/杭州/苏州/南京)投资领域客户关系的良好工作业绩;
- 对全球宏观经济/策略/投资, 与不同类型机构投资者/研究需求有充分理解;
- 既有的华东区域(主要是上海/杭州/苏州/南京)专业机构客户关系, 包括投资银行/保险/资产管理/公私募基金等;
- 对投资研究报告销售一职具有热情, 具有为BCA带来新业务的特质;
- 团队合作者: 能依据需求协助团队完成交办工作;
- 愿意且能出差至中国其他主要城市;
- 中文母语/英文流利。

BCA Research成立于1949年, 是间全球领先独立第三方宏观策略研报公司, 具有16个不同的宏观板块服务, 涵盖全球区域与不同的大类资产。Ned Davis Research成立于1980年, 是间独立第三方投资研究机构, 提供运用基本面与技术面为基础的投资视角/工具/解决方案。两间公司的主要业务是订阅服务, 我们主要的客户群体包括机构投资者, 投资银行与少部份高净值个人客户。
Role Accountabilities:
- Grow BCA Research & Ned Davis Research’s client relationships in [Shanghai, Jiangsu & Zhejiang] through the implementation of business development plans.
- Support the Head of Greater China Sales in the new business sales cycle from origination to execution, including networking, cold-calling and organizing group events etc…
- Assist the Head of Greater China sales with account management of existing client as and when necessary, while the primary focus still on new business development.
Role Requirements:
Institutional Sales background and client base from Securities Firm's research preferred.
- A proven track record of using consultative sales techniques to influence, negotiate, gain commitment, and develop relationships with senior investment professionals in Hua Dong [principally Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suhzou and Nanjing].
- A good understanding in global macro-economics, strategy/investment, and the different types of institutional investors/their respective research needs.
- Existing relationships with senior investment professionals in investment banks, institutional money managers, hedge funds, private banks in Hua Dong [principally Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suhzou and Nanjing].
- A commitment to a career in institutional investment research sales and driven personality to grow BCA’s new business in Mainland China.
- Team Player: willing to support colleagues on tasks not directly related to coverage where necessary.
- Willingness and ability to travel between Shanghai and other Chinese cities where necessary.
- Native Mandarin Chinese fluency/Business level English fluency.

Both companies are independent macro strategy research providers, but with differences in methodology and product scope. The successful candidate will look to sell both product lines into the Hua Dong market. Further details on the two brands are included below.
