一、岗位职责    

1、根据公司质量规定，建立并运营原材料质量管理体系；According to company’s quality standard, establish and operate raw material management system.    

2、作为客户质量工程师，处理亚洲客户质量投诉问题；Deal with Asia customers’ complain as CQE.    

3、应对相应亚洲客户的审核；Deal with Asia customer's audit.    

4、成立8D团队，使用相关质量工具分析原因、采取措施跟进客户投诉及内部改进；Set up 8D team and use quality tools to analyze and follow up the customer claims or internal improvement action.    

5、跨部门协调相关，推动内部持续质量改进；Push cross functions for internal quality improvement.    

6、作为供应商质量工程师，根据公司原材料质量要求，鉴定供应商交付的原材料质量；According to company’s quality requirement of raw material, appraise raw material quality supplier delivered as SQE.    

7、协助开发并维护供应商，执行供应商审核及评估，与客户、供应商保持良好的沟通；Develop and maintain supplier, carry out supplier audit and evaluation, keep good communication with customer and supplier.    

8、跟踪所供物料的质量，监控原材料质量表现，确保样件试验的顺利进行；Follow up the quality of raw material, supervise quality condition of raw material, ensure sample testing successful.    

9、制订公司和供应商的质量保证协议，确保协议的安全性和有效性；Establish quality assurance agreement, ensure it safety and effectiveness.    

10、供应商质量管理，定期不定期对供应商的质量进行分析和评估。Supplier Quality Management. Analysis and evaluation of the suppliers.    

11、参与公司的内部审核工作（体系审核或过程审核或产品审核）和外部二方审核；Participate in the company's internal audit work (system audit or process audit or product audit ) and External second-party audit.    

12、管理对应客户驻场人员及内部 IQC团队Management to the residents in related customers and IQC team.

        

二、岗位要求    

1、本科以上学历，无机非金属材料工程或质量相关专业为佳；Bachelor degree or above, major in Inorganic Nonmetallic Materials Engineering or Quality related.    

2、3年以上QE或SQE相关工作经验，在汽车行业或制镜（玻璃）行业有经验者更佳；3+ working experiences in SQE, having mirror/glass manufacturing is better.    

3、英语熟练（听、说、读、写）；Good English level (Listening, oral, read and writing).    

4、熟练使用MS Office办公软件。Proficiency in MS office skill.
