招聘职位：

海运业务（美线）操作

岗位描述：

1、负责日常单证数据的制作、录入、审核；

2、负责相关单据的保管及文书处理；

3、各类单据、报关资料、发票和客户单据的管理；

4、与客户保持良好的沟通与交流；

5、及时处理工作中遇到各类异常情况并及时向上级汇报；

6、完成领导交办的其他相关工作。

二、要求

1、学历：大专及以上学历，物流、货代、航运等相关专业；

2、英文水平：CET-4以上；

3、掌握WORD,EXCEL等办公软件和物流系统软件的应用；

4、熟悉货代操作流程，具有相关工作经验，熟悉货运代理业务及相关专业知识；

5、有独立处理货代海运提单并有美线操作经验者优先；

6、工作认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强。
