· Support AP HSEQ Director to collect the work plan, travel itinerary and monthly report of ACI HSE team members.

· Support Office HSE: office HSE inspection. Updating HSE posters, propaganda Essential, support CSR activities. Receive the accident, NM, NC report.

· Translate DSEG documents, HSE promotion material when necessary. Edit Safety Alert from accidents investigation reports in or out of Arkema.

· Assist ACI HSE team members and VIP visitors on travel arrangement, hotel booking and meeting/ training organization.

· Maintain AP HSE SharePoint and Documents for ACI HSE team.

· Other tasks assigned by AP HSEQ directors

· 2-3 days/week
