Responsibilities:

Use BIM technology to participate in the design of each stage of the project; Building, Structure, HVAC, water supply and drainage, electrical professional bim building information model building,

Independently completed the professional bim modeling work;

Cooperate with other professional BIM engineers to complete the construction of integrated electromechanical pipeline model, collision detection, visual design, simulation and so on;

On the basis of bim model, complete the application of each stage of bim, including drawing output, engineering quantity statistics, report arrangement, construction site coordination, etc;

Be able to assign tasks reasonably and lead team to complete project BIM design; 

Requirement :

· Degree Holder in Electrical or Building Services Engineering or the related

- At least 2 years of  bim engineering experience or major projects are preferred; relevant experience with mission critical facilities such as data centres would be a distinct advantage  

- With good bim software knowledge, master more than two kinds of bim software, revit/navisworks/archicad/tekla 

· Computer literate and have experience of industry design software such as CAD, BIM, CFD, AMTECH etc.

· Good people skills and time management skills

· Good written and spoken English skills

· Putonghua would be an advantage but not essential
