Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for generating orders in the assigned geographical area (including Great China and U.S.A.) through the management of distributors/agents and resources by offering the MicronView portfolio, solutions and services. Thus, he/she has profit & loss (P&L) responsibility that he/she will achieve within the gross margin range assigned as a limit of authority.

Responsibilities 

1. Collaborate with global team to gain insight into market dynamics and provide customer feedback for business management and R&D.

2. Ensure the company overall strategy and brand positioning can be fully understood by distributors/agents.

3. Set up distributor/agent rules and regulation, including propose discounts, commissions, area definition and revision, etc.

4. Work with distributors to achieve sales target with defined resources, tasks and goals. Cooperate with sales team in distributor performance supervision.

5. Ensure that distributors/agents are properly supported, trained and evaluated, keep them highly motivated.

Qualification, Knowledge & Experience

1. Bachelor Degree or above in biology, medicine, science or engineering, an overseas education background is preferred

2. More than 5 years’ experience in medical device or similar industry

3. Fluent in oral and written communication both in English and Chinese

4. Excellent PC skills in Excel, Power Point, Word, etc

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

6. Exceptional marketing & sales skills

7. Team work and effective time management with multi-task ability
