职位描述

Project Pursuit Manager (Sales Manager)

  

  • Pursuit lead for major China projects for Pressure Relief Valves (PRV) and Industrial Pressure products
  • Ensure focus and Strategy is in place, expand scope
  • Work with all Emerson Divisions and Final Control to incorporate PRM as part of total main valve partner messages
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to win projects
  • Employ strategies targeted at early engagement with both end users and EPCs
  • Involve the Project Management Team early to identify and eliminate risks upfront for a smooth post-order execution
  • Plan and Initiate programs for Strategic relationship with EPCs
  • Manage Key Accounts, communicate strategies and maximize project opportunities  
  • Lead the Budgetary Proposals and Strategic MIB quotation activity for all major China projects
  • Ensure that the Field Sales organization has the updated competition targeting tools to drive preference for PRM products and solutions
  • Provide initiative and insight into process improvements targeted at bettering the organization’s knowledge, skill, and responsiveness
  • Plan and set annual project goals in line with the company’s objectives and direction.
  • Provide accurate forecast and feedback via monthly report on Projects performance and business objectives.
  • Bring visibility of projects and engage early for total PRM Scope (Including IND portfolio)
  • Engage with Emerson GP3 on pursuits
  • Understand project dynamics for PRM, develop PRM strategy and own
  • Engage with DIs in FEED, Specify PRM solutions and identify packages to focus  during inquiry 
  • Coordinate with multiple WA/Sales office for Export projects
  • Improve participation and overall WIN rate with premium 
  • Manage the China Project Pursuit team across in-country PRM sales channels

  

Qualification:

  • Capex equipment selling experience is preferred
  • Have good network in international Export projects 

  • Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation / Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical / Piping / Mechatronic Engineering.

  • Well verse with Valves products range and knowledge. Experience with Pressure Relief Valves will be an added advantage

  • Possess good understanding of pressure management and solution such as Tanks, Steam, LNG and Safety

  • Understanding of Industries application will be an added advantage

  • Possess certain level of leadership in mentoring and coaching of sales engineers

  • Drive for results
