• 按照试验规范执行实验室日常试验工作，记录和编写试验结果；
• 管理和维护实验室设备，并按要求进行校准；
• 针对设备异常检查、发现并解决问题；
• 确保工作和文件的一致性和质量，以符合官方质量认证，如ISO, TS06949标准;
• 完成一般的实验室工作，如备件准备，实验室管理;
• 按照5S的要求管理工作场所，并满足公司的EHS要求;
• 安全作业并协助他人安全作业。
• 熟悉涂料技术知识、汽车测试标准优先考虑；
• 具备专业的操作和维护设备能力，如：Atlas Ci5000, Q-fog, QUV等;
• 责任感、积极主动、乐于学习新知识；
• 良好的英语听说读写能力，熟悉微软办公软件应用；
• 良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力；
