1、负责甲级写字楼/办公楼的运营管理；
2、制定项目年度物业管理方案，管理日常物业的服务品质；
3、负责监督项目安防管理；协调和管理消防监控、车库、保安等相关工作；
4、负责处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度；
5、妥善处理一切紧急及突发事件。
岗位要求：
1、五年以上甲级写字楼/高端物业经验，熟悉物业消防监控、车库、保安管理；
2、具备管理供应商的经验及能力；
3、较强的语言沟通及突发事件处置能力。
