1. 紧密关注视频行业发展，对公司视频宣传内容和影视产品提出专业建议；

2. 根据新产品上市计划，需求独立完成公司产品推广、平面影视教程、案例、活动花絮的拍摄；

3. 根据拍摄任务，制定详细的拍摄工作计划与时间安排；

4. 把控整个拍摄流程的节奏与人员及道具调配；

5. 及时完成领导交办的其他事宜。

任职要求：

1. 影视、动画、摄影、视觉设计相关专业本科及以上学历，三年以上影视相关工作经验；

2. 具备良好的画面感和镜头感，有摄影、摄像理论，熟悉拍摄工作流程；

3. 有一定的布光能力，运用丰富的拍摄手段和镜头语言制作出高质量的影视作品；

4. 熟练使用各类单反微单（5D4、GH5、A7s）拍摄，擅长现场灯光布置，有人物、产品、时尚花絮拍摄经验；

5. 摄影和影视知识全面，良好的镜头画面感，具有较强的文字、策划能力，能独立编写、拍摄摄影摄像教程；

6. 有良好的职业素养，工作主动性强，善于与人沟通，能清晰地表达作品内容，具有较强责任感和团队合作精神，对摄像工作热情；

7. 有TVC广告拍摄经验者优先。
