Key/Primary Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and pilot production
- Testing process design and continuous optimization
- Required tooling and fixture establishment
- Layout design& set-up and improvement
- Standardized working instruction ( testing instruction sheet )
- Standard cycle time set-up for improving testing volume
- Testing services for pilot production try-out
- Cooperation with assembly line & painting line and rework area
2. Investment planning and implementation
3. Management of testing WI, Routing, Standard time and Tools
4. Testing room improvement planning and implementation
- Productivity /Quality / Lead time / Safety & environmental care
5. ECN management
6. Maintenance support on test rig equipment
Candidate Profile

Professional Experience
1. Background with Bachelor Degree (BA) at least(Hydraulic engineering, Mechanical and electronic engineering or Industrial engineering)
2. Background with at least 5 years’ experience in the engineering machinery transmission testing field or related testing equipment.
Personal Qualifications
？ Knowledge
Knowledge on technical aspects (Hydraulic transmission and control, Mechanical and electronic, priority on hydraulic area)
1. Ability of understanding of production machinery (tooling, handling equipment, testing equipment and testing process)
2. Overall knowledge for the flow production system (JIT, L/T, 5S, etc)
3. Analyze hydraulic system principle and making production testing proposal, define and evaluate experimental tests (incl. validation)
4. Reliability analysis on pilot production’s testing process
5. Establish testing instruction and cooperate with QA department to improve quality
6. Ergonomic knowledge on taking measures to reduce noise and maintain environment
7. Experience in hydraulic automatic control engineering and familiar with pressure sensor, flow sensor’s principle and function
8. Test program formulation and related technical data sorting and filing
9. Skills
10. Ability of design with CAD , tool design and making specification for production equipment
11. Ability of PC controlling skills
12. Communication and interpersonal skills
13. Ability of problem solving and analysis
14. No restriction for overseas business trips
15. Possess core competencies of Volvo

Education
Bachelor degree in industrial engineering

Languages Requirement
Sound English skills both written and spoken.
