Job description：

1.           Critical analog blocks design,including but not limited to charge pump, voltage/current reference, etc.;

2.           Simulate, verify and analyze memoryfunctionality, performance and statistical margin;

3.          Work with Layout team, evaluate and optimizememory architecture;

4.          RC extraction from layout, and performpost-layout simulation, circuit optimization;

5.           Write design report and datasheet;

6.           Analyzes chip failures, and debugs chipproblems

JobRequirements:

1.              A MSEE with a minimum of 1 years’ experienceor a BSEE with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in analog/mixed-signal ICdesign.

2.             Proven experience in analog integrated circuitdesign, simulation, layout and test.

3.             Good understanding semiconductorprocess/devices physics, familiar with transistor level circuit EDA tools(Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, etc.).

4.             Experience with statistical circuit analysisand simulation is a plus.

5.             Experience in one or more of the embedded orstandalone memory products/circuits (especially Flash memory) is preferred.

6.             Good learning competency, self-motivated, andability to work in diverse areas in a flexible and dynamic environment.
