• Focus on ppm/piq performance at customer site, implement containment activity and improvement activity to control quality problem;
• Well knowledge of quality process control and problem solving skill, work with internal team to shoot quality problem with 4m-5why, qc 7 tools apply in plant;
• Take lead of kaizen/8D involve cross function team to attack major quality problem according to WCM QCS pillar or 8D methodology;
• Focus on incoming material ppm and manage incoming inspection, implement containment activity and follow up improvement activity at supplier site
• Audits on the finished product / on the stocked goods, carries out audits on internal process to ensure product is consistent the standards & drawing required by customer
• Ensures effective management of technical assistance at the production and customer sites
• Supports the plant quality function in the preparation of the necessary documentation for the process customer verifications (process audit) / internal audits
• Manage and develop subordinator in quality department, monitoring daily execution and cross fuction communication
• Respect the target and task assignment defined by quality manager

• Asks the quality manager in the plant to stop production in case of severe problem found on the product or process to maintain the customer at safe
• Asks the quality manager of in the plant to stop the shipment to the customer in case of abnormality found on the product

                

Qualifications(requirement):

• Ability to work under high pressure and good communication capability to achieve target;
• 5-8 years of working experience as a quality engineer(process quality, AQE and customer quality);
• Experience on AQE and work with Germany OEM(BMW/VW/ Mercedes-Benz) is preferred;
• Bachelor degree is preferred, academy degree is acceptable;
• Basic GD&T knowledge on drawing identification
• Basic knowledge of TS/IATF tools APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP
• Good oral and written English communication ability
• Basic computer skill;
