Tasks and Responsibilities

  

• Be responsible for the overall EHS management of the plant;

• To establish the company key EHS KPIs and drive to achieve KPIs;

• Develop EHS procedures, policies and standards and drive the implementation of them;

• Involve in the new project/program/changes and provide the professional EHS requirements and advice;

• To make annual EHS training plan and training course and implement the training accordingly;

• To attend EHS training hold by Corporates and Drive the EHS requirements as per Management Policy;

• To prepare for all kinds of audits and inspections conducted by Corporate/Third party to handle them well and ensure a good performance;

• Supervise the critical EHS items to ensure the legal operation;

• To coordinate the significant incident investigation to make the corrective and preventive actions and follow up the actions accordingly;

• To drive the ergonomics program implemented;

• Liaison with the government and deal with the matters related to the government.

   

  Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree, preferably an environmental engineering or occupational health and safety degree/diploma;

•  Fresh graduate or 1 years’ work experience, prefer Automotive company;

• Advance expertise in local EH&S law and regulations;

• Cooperative flexible.

孛伊上海工厂作为B&E集团在亚洲的首个分支机构，结合上海未来对于智能制造和科创中心的定位，会充分依托临港奉贤产业园这个平台，协助提升上海锻造及机加工行业的生产工艺及水平，通过提高生产自动化水平从而提高生产效率，打造孛伊中国智能制造中心，力争在短期内申请成为“国家高新技术企业”、“上海市小巨人企业”等成为行业先锋，为上海的产业结构调整做出贡献。同时，我们也已取得了上海市锻造协会及热处理协会的认可与项目设立批复，同时已提出入会申请，通过与协会的沟通与配合，达到共赢。孛伊金属制品（上海）有限公司系BONS EN EVERS B.V.全资子公司，孛伊汽车零部件项目既孛伊中国智能制造中心生产项目属于上海市产业重点发展领域，符合临港地区产业发展规划。
