Are you a data visualization expert who loves building insightful and meaningful dashboards?

CCP Shanghai is looking for an experienced Data Visualization specialist, with a passion for video games, to build advanced dashboards and provide analytical insight based on our in-game data.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for understanding and documenting business requirements and for turning abstract information from data analyses into appealing and understandable visualizations that improve business insights.
• Create impactful dashboards based on in-game and customer data
• Work with large data-sets using advanced data mining skills for extracting information for both product development as well as from business value perspective.
• Professional dissemination of statistical results into actionable information for senior management as well as being able to service various different units within the company
• Exploratory data analysis and predictive modelling
• Work closely with the project team and producers to understand business requirements and deliver in time

Your profile:

• 3+ years of work experience in an analytical role, demonstrating expertise in data visualizations and dashboard building
• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, and/or Engineering Sciences
• Experience in Tableau, Qlick, Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Experience in the gaming industry is required.
• Curiosity and drive for finding creative solutions that support CCP as a data driven organization
• Strong SQL skills and experience with big data stores
• Advanced knowledge of and experience in building data visualizations for exploratory analysis and automated reporting
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
• Ability to communicate results to a non-technical audience
• Ability to write efficient Python or R code to answer data analysis questions with a high degree of confidence
• Speaks and writes fluent Chinese
• Can communicate in English fluently in writing and can speak good English
