Job Description:

- Be responsible for the complete project process from initial enquiry until product delivery

- Working hand in hand with our Australian team with active communication on day to day bases

- Understand complex problems and be able to explain it very clearly to our team members in Australia

- Completely understand both business way of our customer (Bunnings) and the market in Australia

- Working very closely together with all departments within Einhell (China)

- Follow up and control the project schedules tightly to ensure delivery on time

- Daily project surveillance and maintenance in the ERP system

- Constantly improve the work efficiency

- Always having a good eye for price and cost with strong technical understanding

- Be responsible for a big turnover and have great ideas to increase margin

- Establish and maintain processes and guidelines for internal departments and external suppliers for continuous product improvement

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree or above with technical or business administration background, MBA is a plus

- 8+ years’ work experience of technical/marketing management

- Very clear and strong communication skills to handle complicated issues

- Be proactive to solve problems and resolve conflicts actively with quick response

- Have a very strong hand on mentality

- Result-oriented team leader

- Have technical and commercial knowledge in power/garden tools

- Be able to develop and execute new ideas via collaboration with other team members

- Previous leadership responsibility in an international environment with entrepreneurial attitude

- Good knowledge of working with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision) desired

- Excellent oral and written in English, native speaker is a plus

Einhell is a stock-listed, mid-sized power tools and garden tools trading company with a purchasing entity in China that cooperates with about 150 suppliers. The goods are sold in more than 40 countries by Einhell subsidiaries and partner companies.
Hans Einhell started in 1964 with the foundation of Hans Einhell Co., Ltd. in Landau/Isar in Germany, Hans Einhell changed to be Hans Einhell AG (EAG) in 1986 and listed on the stock exchange in 1987.
Einhell China (EC) was set up in 1994. China is the most important purchasing market for EAG, Einhell China set up the strong engineering Dept. to ensure products are made in strict compliance with Einhell quality guidelines and can be delivered to customers on time. To expand the bussiness scope in China, we established a brand new manufacture plant in Kunshan, Suzhou, Jiangsu province in 2020.
