Fulfill the administrative work of our company and daily missions within the department.

1.       Assist the team leader in making administrative related plans, SOP & policies;

2.       Manage and organize the daily administrations and logistics;

3.       Manage the property security and internal affairs, and offer effective administrative services for other departments; 

4.       Assist in dealing with legal affairs;

5.       Record and distribute office supplies and optimize the procedures;

6.       Manage and buy the fix assets, office furniture, facilities, low-value consumption goods and make the institution;

7.       Reserve the hotels and plane tickets and arrange conferences.

8.       Maintain the facilities and offer logistics work, such as water，electricity, heat, gas;

9.       Communicate with property company and manage the supply of water and electricity;

10.    Work visa / residence permit support for foreign staffs;

11.    Other work the superiors distribute.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1.       College degree or above, major in administration or related majors

2.       5 years’ experience in administration

3.       Stronger time management skills;

4.       The excellent outreach and public relations capacity, ability to solve emergencies;

5.       Excel in oral and written English;

6.       Proficiency in MS office: Excel, Word, PPT etc.;

7.       Familiar with office automation equipment.
