Travel Arrangement    

差旅预定




  • Responsible for the inquiries, booking and confirmation for staffs
    为员工提供酒店的查询、预定及确认工作;
  • Work with the travel agent to complete the air ticket booking
    和机票代理配合,完成员工机票预定工作;
  • Book the train tickets
    预订火车票;
  • Provide the following service after the booking and emergency solution
    预订后的跟踪服务及紧急事件的解决和反馈;
  • Complete the monthly bills related to the logistics, including airfare, train tickets, ground transportation expense, etc.
    差旅账单每月汇总整理,包括机票,火车票和租车服务的费用账单
  • Develop the resources for air tickets, hotels, cars, etc.; supervise and evaluate supplier’s service to ensure that suppliers provide high-quality services
    开拓机票、酒店、用车等合作资源,监督并评估供应商的服务,确保供应商提供高质量服务

    Core Qualification    

    任职要求




  • University degree above; At least 3 years Similar working experience support in foreign invested companies, customer service experience of logistic is preferred
    大学以上学历; 3年以上外资公司的相关工作经验, 有差旅客户服务经验优先
  • Demonstrates interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and strong teamwork skill, good flexibility, can work under the certain pressure
    良好的人际关系、书面和口头沟通技巧,团队合作能力,灵活性好,有一定承压能力
  • Good communication skills and express ability, thorough applied knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Internet Explorer, MS Word, and other necessary business-related computer applications
    具备良好的英语听说能力,和其它业务相关的计算机软件应用能力
