Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager to support existing clients
• Establish direct contact with existing clients, incl. quotations
• Handle and track daily export/import operations of sea/air/rail transport
• Responsible for all operation procedures such as booking, customs clearance, transportation, etc.
• Maintain good relationship with customers, shipping companies, booking agencies, local transportation suppliers and overseas agents, etc.
• Visit customers with Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years working experience in similar positions in project forwarding company / forwarding company
• Experience in freight forwarding operations and document processing; familiar with various operations processes
• Be able to work independently and communicate directly with customers
• Open-minded and flexible
• Good communication skills, team orientated and excellent customer service awareness
• Native Chinese speaker, fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Basic skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• 处理并跟踪海运/空运/铁路运输的出口/进口的日常操作
• 负责订舱、报关、运输等各类环节的操作
• 与客户、船公司、订舱口、运输供应商、海外代理等维持良好的日常关系
• 与项目经理一起拜访客户

• 具备项目货代公司或货代公司相似职位2年以上的工作经验
• 具备货代操作和单证处理经验，熟悉各类环节的操作流程
• 能独立工作，与客户直接沟通
• 思想开明，灵活性强
• 良好的沟通能力，有团队协作精神及优秀的客户服务意识
• 母语为中文，英语听说读写流利
• 具备Word, Excel和PowerPoint基本技能
