Major job description:

  

Responsible for new repair capability development including new equipment specification definition, tooling design, gauging, and efficiency improvement.

  

Responsible for support repair production for newly added tooling,equipment,process identify and conduct.

  

Collect and analyze data and implement process improvements to improve safety, product quality, customer delivery, and cost reductions. 

  

Provide on-floor training for training for new equipment and tooling training to meet engineering standards. 

  

Response for delegated work and other assigned work.

  

 Experience requirements:

  

?Good understanding of component repair process, including product testing and repair requirements.

  

?Knowledge of industry and specific standards (i.e. AWS/MS/NAS etc.)

  

?Good understanding of engineering documentations (i.e.CMM/AMM/SPM/SOPM/ etc.).

  

?Good understanding of airworthiness and CCAR-66 certificate is preferred.

  

?Experience of process planning and set up.

  

?Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word/Excel/PPT); 

  

?Familiar with at least 1 CAD design software (AutoCAD, Pro E, UG, CATIA)

  

?3 years and above MRO relevant experiences is preferred.

  

?Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

  

?Self learning and practice habits.
