工作内容：

• 负责半导体芯片设备的工艺调试，新功能导入；为客户提供技术支持，协助客户进行新产品和新技术研发

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate, understand and identify current customer needs, while also anticipating future needs and building long-term sustainable relationship and solutions.
  
• Develop, maintain, and ensure relevance of technical information used by internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, process and support tool development.
  
• Drive and manage new product installs and subsequent process development.
  
• Support Business development/ engagement /demonstration which fit for local customer demanded and production roadmap with BU support.
  
• Leading new site start up and planning/risk assessment for readiness/execution successfully to get customer recognition and satisfaction.
  
• Additional assigned tasks when necessary.
  
• Business trip is necessary when required.
  
Requirement:

• Master Degree in Information Technology/Microelectronics/Physics/Materials-Related discipline.
  
• Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  
• Good command of English
