工作职责:

The Role

Understanding the project objectives, formulating the project strategy together with the project team. Developing the new sales approach to define potential growth areas, prioritize segments, identify key influencers/VIPs and develop the relationships, in collaboration with the show team and the marketing team.

Leading the sales hunter team for strategy execution, from sales planning, sales forecast, setting sales milestones, building sales toolkits to develop the new clients including exhibitors, advertising and sponsorship sales for tradeshows and conferences, in order to achieve the sales targets.

Duties and responsibility：

1. Work closely with SVP and respective project leaders in leading the sales hunter team to achieve the agreed sales milestones and sales targets for assigned shows including space revenue, CMO and e-revenue

2. To recruit, develop, manage and coach the sales team, ensure each of the sales person achieve their individual sales target

3. To compile a full-year sales plan for the team that covering 4 “P’-People, Process, Productivity and Performance

4. Build a highly self-motivated and passionate sales team with the objective to enhance sales productivity continuously

5. Support SVP and COO in executing the Sales Certification Program and retain all the “A-Players” within the organization

6. Conduct effective sales briefing and regular sales meetings to provide directions and support to the sales team

7. To provide accurate, non-bias customers’ insights to the show leader and marketing team in putting together compelling exhibitor marketing plan.

8. To put together and execute a strong onsite rebooking plan to achieve new exhibitors’ retention rate .

9. Develop sales leads and prospect list and update all sales activities and records in the GBS sales system.

10. Support the show teams to build rapport with customers and meet customer retention rate and revenue generated from the repeat exhibitors when required

11. Prepare accurate regular sales reports to the line manager and ensure the best practice of sales hunter activities sharing within the central sales teams and show teams.

任职资格:

Skills & Experience：

1. University degree or diploma holder in Business.

2. At least 8 years working experience in the relevant industry.

3. Highly motivated, can do attitude and result-oriented

4. Passion to win, strong negotiation and influencing skills

5. Can work under high pressure with tenacity and perseverance.

6. Trust and teamwork

7. Learning agility, can master knowledge and customer insight in different industries very fast.

8. Traveling is required based on business needs
