Powder Process Engineer/Manager  

Key responsibilities:

• Deep involved in Powder production process design;
• Optimization of Powder process flow and parameters;
• Set preventive maintenance schedule and follow up;
• Coordinate or arrange the periodical maintenance for Powder process equipment;
• Deep involved in new process equipment start up and commissioning;
• Support production and R&D on new process industrialization;
• Process equipment analysis and optimization (efficiency, quality and cost);
• Trouble shooting on equipment failures;
• Be responsible for process equipment management based on Coswin system;
• Equipment documentation.
• Conduct process training for operators.
• Team management and Employee performance evaluation.

  

Key requirements:

• Background on food industry is preferred.
• Be familiar with SD/MSD equipment and processes.
• Good English speaking/writing.
• With good communication skills.
