Responsibilities:

1.      Know-how transfer of technology from lead plant to subsidiary plant

2.      Technical support for series production in terms of optimization of existing process

3.      Support cost estimation procedure

4.      Customer technical support

5.      Coordination of customer projects: new parts / changes upon customer request and optimization measures

1)    Responsible for reaching pre-defined project targets

2)    Fulfill required quality requirement according to norm

3)    Define, plan, monitor, control and finalize customer programmes and sub-projects according to HPM

4)    Lead project teams

5)    Coordination, representation and communication with customers

6)    Coordination and communication with other plants, departments and suppliers

7)    Organize and lead regular project status meetings

8)    Issue report to steering committee

9)    Analyse project risks, plan and implement counter-measures

10) Concept study for new parts

11) Optimization of processes

12) Application according to QS9000 / VDA

13) Cost responsibility under signature regulation

14) The position possessor is ready to stick to applicable quality, environment and work safety guidelines and cope with his tasks within scope of his qualification or assignment.

 

Requirements:

1.      Bachelor / Master of science / engineering or above, education in oversea technical school / university preferred; social competence required

2.      > 2-year working experience in metal processing or automotive industry

3.      Project management experience in automotive industry is preferred

4.      Fluent Korean and English in writing and speaking

5.      Familiar with MS-Office and SAP software

6.      Quality assurance knowledge

7.      Project management

8.      Business management knowledge

9.      Leadership competence

10.   Social competence
