职位描述
Job Responsibilities
1. Monitor and maintain trade compliance information, including HS tariff schedules and trade regulations (Content Data)
2. Work with Quality assurances teams to ensure accurate delivery of Content data to the various solutions and customers
3. Gain proficiency in the trade regulations, trade data and documentation for a given region
4. Coordinate projects and ensure timely delivery of the projects
5. Respond to inquiries by various departments as well as customers
Deliverable
1. Regulation Changes Analysis Report
2. Change Request for Regulation Changes
3. Standard Operation Procedure
4. User Training Plan and Cases
5. User Testing Plan and Cases
6. Change Request for User Requirements
Qualifications
1. BA/BS degree in a related area. Preferably Master’s degree (MBA or MA) in relevant field
Working Experience
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
2. Prior knowledge of China customs regulations is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
1. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Additional fluency in Cantonese preferred
2. Strong written and oral communications skills, project management, and analytical skills
3. Familiarity with trade regulations and a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures is a plus
4. Ability to work with minimum supervision
