JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Complete yearly plant saving target.

       完成年度工厂节省目标

• Lead operation teams to Continuous Improvement.

       带领运营团队持续改进

• Complete monthly and quarter Lear Plant Improvement Accelerating System(PIAS) target.

       完成每月和每季度的李尔工厂改良加速系统（PIAS）目标

• Promote implement Model Line requirements for production lines.

       促进实施生产线对模型线的要求

• Training Lean knowledge for plant employee.

       为工厂员工培训精益知识

• Regularly review employee suggestions and track the good suggestions implementation.

       定期审查员工建议并跟踪良好建议的实施

• Regularly organize 5S check and waste walk activity.

       定期组织5S检查和废物步行活动

• Regularly organize workshop to improve DL IDL efficiency and line balance.

       定期组织研讨会以提高DL IDL效率和生产线平衡

• Complete other work from leader.

       完成领导的其他工作  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or above, CET4 or above.

       工业工程学士学位或以上，CET4以上       

• Skilled in using lean tools for improvement

       熟练使用精益工具进行改进

• Solve problems under high pressure.

       解决高压下的问题

• Good communication skill both in English & Chinese

       良好的中英文沟通能力

• Office software skills

       办公软件技巧
