工作职责:
OEM & ASM sales & business development in China and Asia-Pacific region; Internal sales to SIP-USA and STP; Customer Support: Technical application advice of customers, handling of requests, offers, customer visits; Proper and complete instruction of the customer and the user about the product and its use;

Acquisition of contracts and tenders, offering and offer tracking; Responsible for turnover and margin within the responsible sales area; Review of compliance of all agreements made with the customer;
合同、标书的获取、报价及报价跟踪;负责销售区域内的营业额和利润;审核与客户达成的所有协议的合规性;
Monitoring of product during operation; Capture of market share, info to product management; Reporting of visits, systematic travel planning (visit planning, CAS);
关注产品的生产;提高市场份额,了解产品管理信息;出差报告,编制系统的出差计划
Capture and define of performance requirements due to customer or end user requirements, together with product management and product development; Exhibition Service
Implementation of commercial decision on complaints;
Participation in the handling corrective actions; Responsibility for accounts receivables; Other duties as requested
了解并掌握客户或终端用户的需求,产品管理以及可能的新产品开发;参与公司参加的各项展会;负责客户投诉的处理;参与扶手带的校核工作;负责应收款的回收;以及领导布置的其他工作
职位要求:
College or University degree required
大专及以上学历
Outgoing, sales driven and custome oriented, integrity, communication skill, product konwledge, frequent customer visit, presentation skill, problem solving skill, contract negotiation
外向,销售导向及客户服务为中心的理念,正直,沟通能力,产品知识,勤奋的客户拜访,演讲展示技巧,问题解决及合同谈判的能力
