订单管理：

1. 收集销售业务员提供的订单及报价；

2. 整理并更新订单汇总表，将汇总表发至物流部；

3. 根据物流部提供的出库信息，制作出库单；

4. 整理每周订单汇总，并与物流部及销售部核对相关信息；

5. 提报每日未清账款客户名单至销售部，如有该客户的新增订单则禁止销售接单。

财务对接：

1. 收集并登记物流部提供的实际出库信息，根据实发数量计算应收金额并反馈至财务部；

2. 与财务部协作，跟进订单的实时收款情况并记录实收账款；

3. 根据财务反馈数据，标记未清账款的客户；

4.完成领导临时交办的其他工作。
